# Artichoke Dip

Makes some tastey dip

14oz of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped  
2/3 cup mayonnaise  
¼ cup grated parmesan cheese  
1 teaspoon lemon juice  
1-2 cloves of garlic, pressed  
Butter

1\. Mix all ingredients in a medium-large bowl.  
2\. Pour into buttered pie pan or quiche pan.  
3\. Bake until heated through  
4\. Serve hot or cold and enjoy with crackers.
